If you’re trying to unlock all of Scrooge McDuck’s friendship items in Disney Dreamlight Valley then you’ll need to complete The Treasure Hunt quest that he gives you. In it, you must find clues at three locations, with only three small images as a reference. Luckily for you, we’ve got them all here with exact map screenshots so you can finish the first part of The Treasure Hunt quest easily in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
The Treasure Hunt Quest Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
At the start of the quest, Scrooge McDuck gives you a coin that turns into a Memory upon inspection. The Memory in question shows you three locations that you must find as the Disney character is convinced it will lead to some treasure and we all know, he loves his money. The game doesn’t give you exact map waypoints, rather expecting you to figure out the locations by yourself.
Location #1: Glade of Trust
You need 5,000 Dreamlight in order to unlock the Glade of Trust if you haven’t already. See our How to Get Dreamlight in Disney Dreamlight Valley guide for more help if you need it.

Once you’re in, head to the north side towards the large pond. Here, you’ll see a big tree and a glittering spot on the ground directly in front of it. Use your Royal Shovel to dig up the dirt here to get clue #1.
Location #2: Merlin’s House
We haven’t provided an exact map location for the second one because there’s no way you can miss it. Simply enter Merlin’s house in Peaceful Meadows and you’ll see a paper clue on the floor in front of his desk. Pick it up to get clue #2.
Location #3: Dazzle Beach
We assume that you’ve unlocked Dazzle Beach at this point. In fact, we’re unsure if you can even receive this quest without having it open but just in case, you’ll need 1,000 Dreamlight to unlock it.
Head north from the Dazzle Beach Well (if you haven’t moved it) and look along the wall at the end for a striped plant sticking out of it. There’s another digging spot underneath it so like the previous location, use your Royal Shovel to find the final clue.
Once you have all three, return to Scrooge McDuck to complete the quest.
