Relive the Sorcerer's Stone.

There are two ways that players can get their hands on Troll Bogeys though. They can either hunt down the beasts themselves and take them on in combat or purchase a very small amount from a shop. We’ll outline how you can do both in this Troll Bogeys guide.

Hogwarts Legacy – How to Get Troll Bogeys

Considering most of you are likely trying to take down some trolls regardless of the reward, we’ll start there. Troll Lairs are what you need to find, but they are marked by mountain peaks like many other POIs within Hogwarts Legacy. Luckily, there are a couple of easy locations you can search for.

Feldcroft is one of the easiest regions to access with Troll Bogeys and caves and there are at least two in that area. One is to the north of Feldcroft and the other is located to the east of Feldcroft. You can continue searching the map for more Trolls but they’ll increase in level and may get tougher to locate.

For those who don’t care about taking down the Troll, you can get Troll Bogeys at J. Pippins Potions in Hogsmeade. He will sell you the ingredients you want but the Bogeys will run out of stock very fast. You can try to come back after they run out or look for more trolls by yourself in Hogwarts Legacy.
