These circuits drop from multiple areas, but there’s one clear winner regarding the best farming spot. Here’s how to get Advanced Neural Circuits in The First Descendant.

Where to Get Advanced Neural Circuits in The First Descendant

Advanced Neural Circuits drop from almost all mission monsters in White-night Gulch. They even drop from the Bio-Lab and Mystery’s End Duty of the Descendants dungeons. You can access this Duty of the Descendants using the Infiltration Operation Device in Albion. These Advanced Neural Circuits can drop on both normal and hard modes.

However, the best way to farm Advanced Neural Circuits is through the Fortress Outskirts mission in White-Night Gulch, as seen in the image above. This mission is on the Shipment Base battlefield, and the starting point is close to the waypoint.

The Fortress Outskirts mission involves a quick elimination quest and leads you to four Vulgus Storages you must hack, defend, and deposit. These four objectives will spawn endless hordes of enemies separately. Activate them all at once and destroy all the enemies. After finishing the objective, you’ll go to another point and eliminate a few more enemies and a commander to finish the mission.

You’ll get 5 to 6 Advanced Neural Circuit drop instances, and each instance can have 2 or more pieces. Each run takes around 4 minutes to finish, and you should get a minimum of 50 Advanced Neural Circuits in 20 minutes. If you have a strong Bunny build, you can even run this on hard mode and clear all four waves in seconds.

What Are Advanced Neural Circuits Used For?

These Advanced Neural Circuits are mostly used for Crystalization Catalysts. You need 18 Advanced Neural Circuits for every Crystallization Catalyst. Since you’ll need several of these catalysts in the endgame, you’ll need hundreds of Advanced Neural Circuits for this research alone.

These are used to reset your Descendant’s level and minimize the capacity of your modules through socket types. You also need 90 Advanced Neural Circuits to craft the Enzo Stabilizer to unlock the Descendant Enzo. Enzo is a useful Descendant for everyone because he makes the Encrypted Vault minigames easy.
