To evolve Wiglett into Wugtrio, you’ll have to reach level 25 with the Pokemon. You won’t have to equip any items or battle specific Pokemon beforehand. Below are a few ways to raise your Wiglett’s level:

  • Fight against other Pokemon using traditional battling. While not the fastest method, it’s reliable!
  • Engage in Auto-battles by pressing R to send out the Pokemon in your first party slot.
  • Battle any Trainers, Gym Leaders or other high-EXP battles for large boosts in experience.
  • Use EXP Candies for quick and instant experience boosts. (Bag > Other Items > EXP Candies)

Once your Wiglett reaches level 25 using any of these strategies, your Rotom Phone will appear, followed by the evolution screen. From here, your Wiglett will turn into Wugtrio!
