How to Evolve Maschiff into Mabosstiff in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To evolve Maschiff into Mabosstiff, you’ll have to raise its level to 30. Even though you don’t need any specific items or additional steps to start the evolution, you may have to battle for a while if your Maschiff is low-level. Thankfully, there are multiple ways to raise your Pokemon’s level:

  • Auto-battle using your Maschiff. You can swap to a stronger party member if you want to fight high-level Pokemon.
  • Fight against Pokemon in regular battles. While these take longer, you’ll get more EXP.
  • Battle any Trainers you find in the Overworld.
  • Use EXP Candies for quick and instant experience boosts. (Bag > Other Items > EXP Candies)

Once your Maschiff hits level 30, your Rotom Phone will appear on the screen and initiate the evolution, turning your Pokemon into Mabosstiff!
