With 16 levels, it can’t be said that TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is short when compared to other retro side scrollers, but when you compare it to modern games of today, the three hours needed to complete everything doesn’t seem so impressive. That said, there are definitely plenty of reasons to play TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge again.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge comes with seven playable characters; in addition to the four turtles, there’s Master Splinter, April O’Neil, and the hidden character Casey Jones. Even if you play with a maximum of six players in co-op mode, it’s always fun to try different combinations of characters as each one brings a completely unique experience – so switch it up a little bit.
