Why is MW3 Lagging So Much?

- Shader Quality: Medium.
- On-Demand Texture Streaming: Off.
- Local Texture Streaming Quality: Low.
- Shadow Quality: Low or Normal.
- Screen Space Shadows: Off.
- Ambient Occlusion: Off.
- Screen Space Reflections: Off.
- Static Reflection Quality: Low.
