Where to Get Vanilla in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Vanilla is a wild plant you’ll encounter exclusively in Sunlit Plateau. Rather than buying it from Goofy’s Stall, you’ll find plants scattered around that you can forage. You’ll gain one vanilla for each plant you gather.

Vanilla plants are characterized by their green, leafy stalks and small, yellow flowers along the stems. While they frequently appear in Sunlit Plateau, you may have to leave and return later if you exhaust all the spawn spots. If you’ve progressed far into various Friendship quests, you can also break the bones blocking the Plateau’s bridges and cross them to look for more plants.

While you can use vanilla during cooking, you can also sell it or eat the raw resource as-is. It restores 135 Energy and sells for 60 Star Coins, giving you some pocket change if you have some sitting in your storage and want to clear up space.

Unlike many crops in Disney Dreamlight Valley, vanilla doesn’t appear in Goofy’s Stall. Instead, when you visit Sunlit Plateau and unlock its market, you’ll find products such as chili peppers and cotton. If you need either of these, at least you know where to get them now!

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available to play on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation platforms through the official website.
