Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have been very well received among the fans thanks to their great storyline and gameplay innovations, despite their many performance issues and other features-not-bugs we’ve seen showcased around the internet in the last few days. The games have just been released, but fans are already asking for more.
Well, it seems those wishes will soon be granted as the game has already given some hints of possible new Legendary Pokemon to be added in the future, possibly in the same DLC format presented in Sword and Shield.
Among those, we find a Paradox form based on Suicune and the other legendaries from Gen II. There will be some spoilers for Scarlet and Violet ahead, so read at your own risk.

What is the Paradox Suicune in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?
Paradox Pokemon are mentioned in the version exclusive Scarlet/Violet Book found at the Academy’s library. The books are actually expeditionary journals from a trip to the Great Crater in Paldea where Paradox can be found, and they have a certain page named “An Imagined Pokemon”, which contains a Paradox Pokemon that cannot be found in the current games.
Players from Scarlet will immediately notice that said nameless Pokemon is a fusion of the Legendary Beast trio from Gold/Silver/Crystal, Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. It boasts characteristics from all three of them, but since Suicune’s the most prevalent one, he’s been called either Paradox Suicune, Paradox Beast, or Paradox Dog, whichever you prefer.
The same situation happens in Violet, but the Imagined Pokemon is a fusion of the Justice Trio: Virizion, Cobalion, and Terrakion. This implies that they’ll be version exclusives to their respective games.

When is Paradox Suicune Coming to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?
As of February 27, 2023, the Paradox Suicune has been officially revealed as Walking Wake, while Virizion had his own Paradox named Iron Leaves, following the same naming conventions as the other Scarlet/Violet alternative Pokemons. They’ll be joining the game as new limited Tera Raid Battles presumably during March, and each will be available in their respective games. The Paradox Suicune will be exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet, while Violet will have a Paradox Cobalion instead.
New DLC expansions were also announced for Scarlet and Violet. The Teal Mask will be arriving around Fall 2023, while The Indigo Disk hits the game during Winter 2023. Both are available for both games and will introduce new exclusives to each version, but they’re not directly related to Suicune or Virizion’s appearance in the games.
