How to Use Mirror Herbs in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
You can use Mirror Herb in the battles just like any other item. Simply select it from your Bag and use it so that your Pokemon can mirror the stats of the opposing Pokemon in battle.
Aside from that, you can use Mirror Herbs on Picnics to speed up the process of learning Egg Moves. Just be sure that the Pokemon you want to learn the move have the Mirror Herb while being on the same Picnic with the Pokemon that knows the move you want to learn. After the Picnic is over, your Pokemon will get the move added to its list, no breeding is required – but still, they need to be from the same Egg Group.

Where to Find Mirror Herbs in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Mirror Herbs can be purchased at the Delibird Presents store, located in Cascarrafa, Mesagoza, and Levincia. In said store, you can buy Mirror Herbs for 30,000 Pokedollars each, or you can get it for LP.
