With a massive variety of different types of armor available to clad your Hylian hero in, finding something that helps you out while looking beautiful in the process is rather enjoyable. Starting at the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower (-2432, -2178, 0307), make your way directly to Starlight Memories Jewelry in Gerudo Town (-3823, -2886, 0043). You will need to complete the Regional Phenomena questline to obtain these pieces of equipment, or you can purchase them from the Gerudo Shelter before embarking on this journey.

Starlight Memories Jewelry is easy to spot, thanks in part to the banner displaying a diamond on the front of it, alongside the elaborate structure on the top of the building. You’ll just need to walk inside to see the wares that are available for you to purchase. They are in the same building as the Earrings.

The Ruby Circlet will cost you 1,200 Rupees but offers a special trait of Cold Resistance. This will help if you plan on exploring the Rito Mountains or any of the colder climates on the map. You can also upgrade this piece of jewelry to make it more defensively capable, and this is what it will cost you:

  • 1 Star Upgrade – x2 Ruby, x3 Flint, x10 Rupees
  • 2 Star Upgrade – x4 Ruby, x5 Flint, x50 Rupees
  • 3 Star Upgrade – x6 Ruby, x1 Star Fragment, x200 Rupees
  • 4 Star Upgrade – x10 Ruby, x2 Star Fragment, x500 Rupees

With a total base defense level of 20 by the time you hit 4 Stars, this is a great piece of equipment to have in your arsenal. Not only is it very pretty, but the Cold Resistance can help you survive even the harshest of weather.

The Sapphire Circle is going to run you 1,400 Rupees but also gives you extra Heat Resistance. This will make traveling in the Gerudo Desert and some portions of Goron City more bearable, so you won’t roast in the boiling sun. If you’re looking to upgrade this equipment, this is what it will cost you:

  • 1 Star Upgrade – x2 Sapphire, x3 Flint, x10 Rupees
  • 2 Star Upgrade – x4 Sapphire, x5 Flint, x50 Rupees
  • 3 Star Upgrade – x6 Sapphire, x1 Star Fragment, x200 Rupees
  • 4 Star Upgrade – x10 Sapphire, x2 Star Fragment, x500 Rupees

If you plan on purchasing all of these Circlets, you’re going to need to get your hands on plenty of Star Fragments to make the upgrades worth it. With 20 overall defense, you’ll find that this Heat Resistant headband is more than worth the time to get it working perfectly.

The Diamond Circlet is the most expensive overall, coming in at 2,400 Rupees. However, this does give you a higher amount of defense than the other Circlets, alongside an Attack Up boost that will help you eliminate even the toughest of foes at a moment’s notice. If you’re looking to upgrade this piece to its full potential, you will need the following items:

  • 1 Star Upgrade – x2 Diamonds, x3 Flint, x10 Rupees
  • 2 Star Upgrade – x3 Diamonds, x5 Flint, x50 Rupees
  • 3 Star Upgrade – x5 Diamonds, x1 Star Fragment, x200 Rupees
  • 4 Star Upgrade – x8 Diamonds, x2 Star Fragments, x500 Rupees

While we don’t condone cheating, it wouldn’t hurt to use the paraglider dupe trick to get your hands on plenty of diamonds to sell off so you can afford to do all of these upgrades. With 28 overall defense, this is going to be the strongest piece of the group, and the Attack Up boost is worth the diamonds you have used.
