Tower of Fantasy Satiety Healing Explained

Satiety and Healing in Tower of Fantasy Explained

Multiple ways to heal!

Typically in many games, you can drink a potion or eat some food to restore health. You may also regenerate it passively as you travel around out of combat. While Tower of Fantasy has a similar system, it introduces a mechanic known as Satiety. Satiety is the game’s hunger system and is crucial to keeping your HP high.

Satiety and Healing in Tower of Fantasy Explained

You may notice a circle beside your level near your health bar at the bottom of the screen. It’ll either appear green, yellow or grey. This is your Satiety level, which drains over time as you venture around, fight and take damage.

Your Satiety level determines whether you regenerate HP passively and how much. For example, if your Satiety is only at 20 out of 100, you’ll gain health slowly. Comparatively, you’ll regenerate much faster if your Satiety is 70 or higher. Once it reaches zero, you won’t regain HP until you raise it again. Your health regeneration rates are as follows:

  • Zero Satiety: No health regeneration
  • 1-30 Satiety: You’ll regenerate 2% health every two seconds.
  • 31-60: You’ll replenish 3.5% HP every two seconds.
  • 61-100: You’ll regenerate 5% every two seconds.

You can refill your Satiety by eating food. While raw food ingredients provide a one-point increase, cooked meals give anywhere from seven to 20. Most foods, though, provide you with around 10 Satiety points. To eat food, click or tap on the circle next to your health bar to bring up the Satiety menu. You’ll find a list of foods available to consume.

If you don’t have any cooked foods, head to the nearest Cooker and make some before eating it! While raw food does replenish your Satiety slightly, you’re much better off eating cooked meals for larger boosts. Once you’ve eaten to your heart’s content, you’ll naturally start regenerating HP again.

Despite the Satiety system being so helpful, this is not the only way to get more health! Many cooked foods also heal a certain percentage of your health upon consumption. If you’re in a bind and only have a few foods on you, eating a quick meal will temporarily heal you until you can sit down and enjoy more food. However, there is a cooldown for eating this way, so you’ll have to be careful if you’re in the middle of a fight.
