Before you can build the Hydro Turret, you’ll have to unlock its Fabricator recipe. You’ll have to find a specific treasure pod containing the blueprint to do this. Below is the exact location and a description of how to access the area:

Starting from the Conservatory, head west until you reach the northern coastline. Jump onto the sandy terrain and travel along the path until you find the treasure pod. Open it to obtain the Hydro Turret blueprint! You’ll find the exact location on the map below, indicated by the character icon.

Once you have the blueprint, head back to your Fabricator and create the Hydro Turret. You need the following resources to make the turret:

  • Newbucks x250 – Sell plorts at the Plort Market or open treasure pods
  • Boom Plorts x10 – Feed Boom Slimes any meat. To get two plorts instead of one, feed them Briar Hens.
  • Puddle Plorts x5 – As Puddle Slimes coast along bodies of water, they’ll periodically drop Puddle Plorts.
  • Deep Brine x5 – Get the Resource Harvester upgrade before finding Deep Brine geysers. Use your vacpack to harvest them.
