Below is the complete recipe for making Walleye en Papillote in Disney Dreamlight Valley:

  • Walleye: Fish from Sunlit Plateau after completing the Nature and Nurture quest or from a max-level Moana Fishing Boat.
  • Basil: Forage from wild plants in Peaceful Meadow.

Out of these four items, the hardest to find is the Walleye. Before the first major update, the only way to get this fish was by maxing out Moana’s Fishing Boat and finding out there. However, after progressing through the main questline, including Scar’s addition, you’ll unlock access to fishing in Sunlit Plateau.

From here, it’s just a matter of gaining access to the Plateau in the first place. If you still need to open it, you’ll have to pay a 7,000 Dreamlight fee to clear out the large thorns along the Plaza’s northwest ramp. Doing this allows you to explore this area and the Forgotten Lands later on and reveal crucial parts of the main storyline required to unlock Walleye fishing.
