Below is the complete recipe for making vanilla ice cream in Disney Dreamlight Valley:

  • Slush Ice: Buy from the Chez Remy pantry for 150 Star Coins after completing Remy’s 10-star Friendship quest.
  • Milk: Buy from the Chez Remy pantry for 230 Star Coins.
  • Sugarcane: Buy from Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach. If you grow the plant, you’ll have to wait seven minutes for it to finish.
  • Vanilla: Forage from wild plants in Sunlit Plateau.

Once you have all four ingredients, either find a nearby stove or go to Chez Remy and begin cooking!

One of the hardest ingredients to obtain here is Slush Ice. Since you have to complete Remy’s entire quest line to unlock it, you may need some time to level him up and unlock various areas. For example, since you must gather snowballs for his final quest, you need access to Frosted Heights. You can remove the night thorns for 10,000 Dreamlight once you unlock the Forest of Valor.

Another difficult part is unlocking Sunlit Plateau. You need 7,000 Dreamlight to access it from the western ramp in the Plaza. From here, it’s just a matter of finding wild vanilla plants and harvesting them.
