To clear these dead bodies out of your ship, you’re going to want to make haste toward your nearest Spaceport. Here, you can speak with any of the technicians who are waiting to make repairs and upgrades to your ship. Make any small upgrade to your ship, and then make your way back onboard again, and you’ll find that all of the dead bodies that have been rotting away inside are now gone.

No matter the size of your upgrade, you’ll find that making any modification to your ship will clear out all of these bodies, so make sure that you’re waiting for that big upgrade until you’ve gotten your hands on the ship of your dreams.
