How to Claim Twitch Drops for Diablo 4

Twitching in anticipation?

Diablo 4 is finally upon us, bringing Heaven and Hell’s eternal war back to our screens for the first time in over a decade (depending on if you count Diablo Immortal at all). The demon Lilith has come into the world of Sanctuary in search of something and with rather mysterious plans, plans you’ll need to figure out. Along the way, you might want some additional rewards. Here’s how to claim Twitch drops for Diablo 4.

First things first, make sure that your Twitch account is linked to your Battle.net account. This can be done by going to your Account Settings from the official Blizzard website, selecting Connections, then scrolling down to Twitch. From there, select “Connect,” then follow the required steps. If done right, in Connections next to Twitch, it should say “Connected to [Twitch account name]” alongside your Twitch account’s profile picture.

With that done, watch the required amount of time (about three hours for the first drop each week and three more hours for the second drop), and you should get something in the Drops and Rewards section of your Twitch account. This can be found by clicking on your profile picture in the top right and selecting Drops and Rewards. Once there, you should see the Diablo 4 Twitch drop and be able to claim this. Be sure to claim the first reward after three hours, as progress toward the second reward for the week doesn’t begin until you claim the first reward. Once claimed, it should show up in-game soon after

What Should I Do if I’m Not Getting Progress?

Ideally, you should check the Drops and Rewards page after watching one stream for 5-10 minutes to make sure you’re getting progress. If you’re not making progress, then there are a few things you can try. First, test another stream and make sure there’s a notification that says that drops are enabled for that channel. If not, keep trying different channels until one is. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting your Twitch and Battle.net accounts from the Battle.net Account Settings similar to what we mentioned above. If neither option works, try speaking to Twitch Support. Thankfully you get a week for each drop this time around, so time shouldn’t be a problem.
