White Sturgeon is one of the rarest fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley, alongside the Anglerfish, Walleye, and Fugu. Not only must you fish in the correct region, but you’ll also have to target particular fishing hotspots. To cook a Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon, you’ll have to find it eventually. How to Catch a White Sturgeon in Disney Dreamlight Valley
White Sturgeon is a fish native to Frosted Heights in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To unlock access to this area, you first need to open the Forest of Vallor for 3,000 Dreamlight before clearing out Frosted Heights’ Night Thorns for 10,000 Dreamlight. If you don’t have either unlocked, it’ll cost you 13,000!

After you gain access to Frosted Heights, go towards the river or the small pond and look for orange fishing spots. These are characterized by a bubbling, rippling area into which you can cast your line. If you opt for white and blue spots instead, you’ll catch fish like TIlapia and Bass. However, if there are no orange spots, you can fish in these white and blue circles to refresh the fishing hotspots, increasing your chances of finding an orange one instead.
Once you’ve gotten your hands on a White Sturgeon, you can either sell it for 1,200 Star coins, eat it for 1,800 energy or cook it! If you decide to make the Poached Sturgeon dish, you can sell this for over 2,000 coins or regain 4,900 energy. How you use it is entirely up to you at this point.
