How to Find Tablet of Peace in Hades 2

Before you can compel Shades in Hades 2, you’ll need the Tablet of Peace. Near the entrance to the Underworld, you’ll find circles on the ground that can be interacted with, which is the area where you’ll craft the Tablet of Peace.

To craft the Tablet of Peace, gather the following materials:

  • (5) Silver
  • (5) Psyche

Psyche is usually given as a reward, and thus is relatively easy to obtain. Silver, however, can only be mined from ore deposits by using the Crescent Pick tool. To obtain the Crescent Pick, you must first unlock the Night’s Craftwork Incantation.

Once you have the necessary materials gathered, you can unlock the Tablet of Peace through the Nocturnal Arms menu and equip it through the Gathering Tools menu.

How to Compel Shades in Hades 2?

Once the Tablet of Peace is in your hands, approach a Shade in any region. Press the button displayed to start a mini-game. This mini-game is pretty easy to master, and once all four circles are lit, you have compelled that Shade. As a reward, you’ll manage to get Psyche, which is an essential ingredient required in the Underworld.

You should always be on the lookout to compel Shades as much as possible. Psyche is an item that can’t be mined (unlike Silver). This item also allows you to get more Arcana cards, which are vital as you encounter more challenging enemies in the Underworld.

Another important resource in Hades 2 is something called Nectar, as they’re required to increase your affinity with other characters. There are several ways to find this particular resource in the Underworld.
