Having a steady amount of Nectar in Hades 2 will be very important for players and their in-game progression. It’s a vital resource that is required for you to increase your bond with other characters whom you meet in the game. Here’s how to get Nectar in Hades 2.
How to Get Nectar in Hades 2
As I said, there’s more than one way to find this resource. Some methods are obvious, and others might not be known to you at first.
- You can Nectar by completing an encounter (although it’s an uncommon reward, so it’s not guaranteed with every successful run).Â
- When you cast the Kinship Fortune magic, you’ll get a bottle of Nectar.Â
- You can always use your gold to buy it directly from Charon. However, be careful not to spend all your gold in one resource.Â
- You can buy one Nectar for 30 bones from the Wretched Broker at the Crossroads. However, you must have cast the Kinship Fortune Incantation to unlock this method.Â
- Completing the Harbinger of Doom Minor prophecy will reward you with one Nectar.Â
Hades 2: What is Nectar?
On its own, this resource might seem like a vanity item in the first place. However, it’s a gift that you give to other gods and goddesses (not limited to) to increase your affinity with them. This can be done by simply interacting with them and then picking Nectar from your inventory.
While gifting to as many characters as possible is always good, it’s not an infinite resource. Thankfully, there are multiple ways for you to get this resource as you traverse through hell, combating all its dangers and challenges.
There’s no one way to spend this resource and, at first, it’s best to gift to many characters until they reward you with Keepsakes. From then onwards, it’s best to invest the resources in one or two characters in Hades 2.Â
