Players will find that a clifftop river is where the Golden Trout will spend its time whenever it does spawn in the world of the latest entry in the fan-favorite Nintendo franchise.

However, there is a specific time that it will spawn in the game’s world during the year. Individuals in the Northern Hemisphere will be able to find this particular aquatic creature in a river mouth between March and June and September and November. Those in the Southern Hemisphere will be able to encounter and catch this fish between March and May and September and December.
