Peacock Blue Dye can be purchased from the Amalj’aa Vendor in Southern Thanalan (X: 23.2, Y:14.1).

The vendor will sell you Peacock Blue Dye for 1 Steel Amalj’ok, which is the currency obtained by completing daily Tribal Quests for the Amalj’aa or 334 Gil.

You can also obtain Peacock Blue Dye from the dungeon Neverreap which was introduced in the Heavnesward expansion. You’ll need to be at least level 60, and the dye can drop from any of the additional treasure coffers around the dungeon.

You can purchase Peacock Blue Dye on the Market Board; however, you will likely pay above the standard price for it. So if you’re looking to get it as cheap as possible, you’ll either need to run the Neverreap dungeon a few times or track down the vendors listed above.
