The Witch Queen expansion launch is causing some major problems for PlayStation 4 players. If you’ve been playing Destiny 2 on PS4 you’re already aware there are some issues trying to launch the game and get the download started.

Bungie has released a fix so you can download some compatibility files that should proc the download.
If your connection is being interrupted while downloading the PS4 version you’ll need to navigate to the notification tab or the add-on section located on the dashboard.
From here find any files that say “cannot download” and select each one individually. From here click on them and select the resume option.
This can only be done once your connection has resumed. If you’re still having issues be sure to check the Bungie Help Forums for the most up-to-date information.
