Best TAC-50 Loadout in XDefiant

Classic quickscopes.

If you’re looking for the classic quick-scope sniper from any major arena shooter, then the TAC-50 is your best bet in XDefiant. At the moment, there are only two different sniper rifles that players can use, and it’s the harder-hitting rifle that we want to build a loadout for.

Both sniper rifles are fairly similar in XDefiant, but they have some small differences in mobility and damage that make them different enough to fit separate play styles. It’s the TAC-50 that gets the edge in baseline stats, though, and we can use better attachments with an effective baseline.

XDefiant – Best TAC-50 Loadout and Attachments

The TAC-50 is all about pulling off those classic quickscope shots. Most of the maps in the game are relatively small arena shooter maps that have short sight lines. That means we can focus much more on mobility attachments without having to worry about damage range or recoil issues. Below you can find all of the necessary attachments that will bring your sniper to another level within each match.

TAC-50 Loadout XDefiant:

  • Barrel: Lightweight
  • Optics: Sniper Scope
  • Magazine: Quick Mag
  • Rear Grip: Quick Draw
  • Stock: Padded

Three of the attachments are going to boost stats like ADS speed and movement speed on this build. These include the Lightweight barrel, the Padded Stock, and the Quick Draw grip. The worst negatives will be slight hits to damage range but the benefits to overall mobility are too good to skip. You’ll notice how snappy the sniper is right away, and most shots will still be enough for an elimination.

The other two attachments are the Quick Mag and the Sniper Scope. For the scope, you can essentially pick the scope that you like best, so this slot is subjective in XDefiant. As for the Quick Mag, this is an easy way to increase reload without any negatives. I have found the quick mags to be a fantastic addition to nearly every weapon in the game, including the ACR 6.8, and you won’t want to skip them.
