Best MP5A2 Loadout in XDefiant

Up close and personal.

All of the submachine guns in XDefiant are viable options due to the damage and mobility that each one provides on the arena maps. However, it’s the MP5A2 that stands out among the rest, along with the MP7, and you’ll need the best loadout to bring out the full potential.

With Ranked Play also available in XDefiant, having those top-tier SMGs at the ready can make or break your rating against all the other arena demons. We’re here to help you get ahead with a solid MP5A2 loadout that utilizes plenty of mobility and the standard damage that already works so well.

XDefiant – Best MP5A2 Loadout and Attachments

The MP5A2 is all about speed and damage, so we don’t want to waste any time on ranged capabilities. Instead, the main focus of this submachine gun is ADS speed, sprint to fire, and the overall movement speed provided. When you’re up close and personal, you’ll notice the difference that these attachments provide.

MP5A2 Loadout XDefiant:

  • Barrel: Lightweight
  • Front Rail: Superlight
  • Magazine: Quick Mag
  • Rear Grip: Heavy Grip
  • Stock: Folded

We have three attachments listed that are going to make you feel like the Flash with the MP5. Those pieces are the Lightweight barrel, the Superlight rail, and the Folded Stock. The Superlight grip and the Lightweight barrel provide the largest bonus to ADS speed and movement with minimal negatives applied to recoil recovery.

Two other attachments for the MP5A2 in XDefiant include the Quick Mag and the Heavy Grip. On nearly every loadout I use, including the build for the MP7, the Quick Mag has been an easy way to boost reloads with no negatives. Then we add the Heavy Grip for some flinch resist and horizontal control. You can add a Quick Draw grip instead, but you’ll feel the weapon going sideways.
