Best Lachmann-762 Loadout Modern Warfare 2

Fix up the recoil on this battle rifle.

You might be trying to get the MP5, or you could be trying out a brand-new battle rifle; either way, the Lachmann-762 is a necessary weapon on your Modern Warfare 2 roadmap. Out of all the weapons in the Lachmann platform though, the 762 variant can be one of the most frustrating to use.

At a base, the Lachmann-762 can kill in two shots from mid-range, or in one shot to the head. But in return for power, the weapon takes a large hit to mobility and especially recoil control. In this guide, we’ll go over how to help out those flaws with the best loadout for this battle rifle in Call of Duty: MW2.

Modern Warfare 2 – Best Lachmann-762 Loadout

Nearly all of the attachments for this battle rifle are meant to create a balance between mobility, control, and range. Recoil is the largest problem with the 762, but it can be managed while maintaining at least some ADS speed. Below you can find all of the attachments you need.

  • Receiver: Lachmann-762
  • Barrel: 15.9″ Lachmann Rapp Barrel
  • Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
  • Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10
  • Stock: Lachmann S9 Factory
  • Optic: Cronen Mini Pro

The barrel slot attachments are the ones that will provide the most control and range across the board. Both the 15.9″ Lachmann Rapp Barrel and the Sakin Tread-40 are perfect options in this regard. However, they are both going to cost some useful mobility in the process, causing the rifle to be even slower in Modern Warfare 2.

To fix that, we move to the Lachmann TCG-10 rear grip and the Lachmann S9 Factory stock. The stock especially is used to increase mobility in every aspect possible, while the grip does a bit of control. Together, most of the issues with the Lachmann-762 will be sorted out.

Our last attachment is the Cronen Mini Pro optic, and in general, optics are subjective choices. However, the red dots tend to give the most visibility and they are great for dealing with the recoil patterns on nearly any rifle.
