Best Lachmann 556 Loadout Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded & DMZ

Another AR joins the meta.

After a couple of seasons in limbo, the Lachmann 556 has made a return to the meta within Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded. Not only does the AR have tons of recoil control by default, but it also has the potential to rip through teams at range, and I’ll outline my full Lachmann 556 loadout for use in the COD Warzone 2.

Best Lachmann 556 Build in Warzone 2

Here is the best loadout for the Lachmann 556 in Warzone 2:

  • Barrel: 15.9″ Lachmann Rapp
  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Optic: AIM OP-V4
  • Magazine: 60 Round Drum

The first two attachments I use on this build are the 15.9″ Lachmann Rapp barrel and the Harbinger D20 muzzle. Both of these attachments are going to boost the damage range and the bullet velocity of the Lachmann which makes them integral to nearly any assault rifle loadout in the game. With the recoil control as well, I can’t stress enough how important these are.

Next, I always add an underbarrel on ranged assault rifles in Warzone 2, and the type of underbarrel attachment can depend on the mobility needed. In this case, I add the FTAC Ripper 56 to the Lachmann-556 so that every shot feels entirely accurate regardless of the range.

Our last two attachments of the Lachmann 556 loadout in Warzone 2 are the AIM OP-V4 optic and the 60 Round Drum magazine. I always use the AIM OP-V4 for the clean sight and the low visual recoil. Then I add the 60 Round Drum mag so that I don’t need to reload in the middle of a fight. Mobility will take a hit, and in some cases, you can go down a mag size, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Best Class Setup for the Lachmann 556 in DMZ

You can use most of the same Warzone attachments when you are piecing together your insured slot for the Lachmann. However, there are some slight differences that I would recommend.

Anytime I bring the Lachmann 556 into the DMZ, I like to add a 40 Round Mag instead. Having that extra mobility boost can be a lifesaver and there is usually more time to reload. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the reload animations are nice on the standard magazines.
