Destructive Play – Map Rushing

PoE Planner: Destructive Play Boss Rush

Destructive Play revolves around spawning multiple Atlas bosses in one map and capitalizing on Atlas nodes that buff up the drops from these bosses. You’ll get better Scarab drops from Significant Troves and Chittering Champions. Conquered Conquerors, Vivid Memories, and Remnants of the Pasts give you an increased rate for finding influenced maps, which costs a lot of currency, especially when you sell them in bulk.

Some extra nodes will be available, and you want to put them on Essence nodes since you don’t want to stay in the maps for that long, hence a “boss rushing” playstyle. However, you still want to clear all the monsters because it will spawn more Atlas bosses due to how Destructive Play works.

  • Preferred Builds: Speedy map clearer with high single-target damage.
  • Preferred Maps: Silo, Underground River, Tropical Island, or any map where you can clear all the monsters in a linear path before going to the boss. There are some cases where a map with an enormous open area still works, like Dunes or Cemetery, because you can clear the monsters fast in one roundabout.
  • Expected Profit: 10+ Divines per hour without investing any Scarabs. Profits will be higher if you sell Essences and influenced maps in bulk.

Delirium and Beyond

PoE Planner: Beyond/Delirium

Combining Beyond and Delirium mechanics synergizes well together because of how Delirium spawns multiple enemies close to each other and Beyond monsters will start merging, spawning even more enemies. The Atlas build avoids spawning Beyond bosses because they aren’t worth the trouble. You’ll have a 100% chance to spawn a Mirror of Delirium in every map, which means you don’t have to invest in a Scarab to bring it out.

Your goal is to clear as many enemies as fast as possible in a linear direction because of the Delirium mechanics. If the Delirium Fog dissipates, you’ll lose a lot of value from the Delirium rewards. It is crucial that you have a build that has good survivability because dying might mess up the innate Delirium Fog timer.

  • Preferred Builds: Speedy mappers with great survivability and a big area of effect attacks.
  • Preferred Maps: Strand, Beach, Silo, Underground River, Dunes, Cemetery, and Crimson Temple.
  • Expected Profit: 8+ Divines per hour. Profit scales better if you can invest in some cheap Delirium, Beyond, and other miscellaneous Scarabs.
