An Impossible Task Destiny 2 Quest Guide
We’re going to list out the various steps in the quest that you’re going to take if you want to make this task at least a little more possible. As we run through the initial requirements for the quest, you’ll note that you’re going to have to take a bit of a trip.
Your first order of business is going to be to take down Vex Transformers on Mercury, Io, and Nessus. Once you’ve been able to do this, you’ll gather vex parts for Osiris. These Transformers are going to be pretty distinguishable from the rest of the landscape, and you’ll be directed to them as you’re just kicking around the various locations. However, there’s a fair few of them, and you’re going to have to find 15 in total.
Once you’ve found these Vex Transformers, you’ll be tasked with killing Challenging Vex. Your best bet to complete this quickly is to go to The Orrery Lost Sector in Artifact’s Edge, because there’s going to be a whole lot of them. Your job is to keep taking Challenging Vex enemies down until you get Vex Cores from them, and you’ll have to get 25 in total.
After this, your worries will turn to the matter of getting Radiolarian fluid. In order to get this, you have to make sure that you’re scoring Precision kills on Vex enemies. We would recommend that you hang about Nessus while you’re doing this, since the concentration of enemies makes that just a matter of smart planning. When we’re figuring out what the next steps are to tackle An Impossible Task, we’ll be sure to update this guide with more information about the best ways to acquire what you need.
