All Farm Blue Medallion Locations in Resident Evil 4 Remake

Resident Evil 4 Remake is finally here; with it, Leon’s greatest adventure is fully realized. Not only are there massive visual improvements over its early 2000s counterpart, but many gameplay segments and story elements have been revamped to match the original game’s vision. Like any good Resident Evil game, RE4 Remake features many puzzles to solve, including a rather bizarre medallion-based puzzle. Here are all locations for the blue medallions at the farm in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Every Farm Blue Medallion Location in RE4 Remake

The blue medallion quest can be found when traversing through the farm, naturally, and tasks you with finding five blue medallions scattered around. Shooting or meleeing all five medallions will award you some Spindels to spend at the Merchant. The first blue medallion can be found in a small shed, with a strange effigy placed above its doorway. It’s also nearby a windmill, should you need a better landmark.

The second medallion can be found in the barn, located behind one of the wooden support beams.

The third medallion is located nearby a brick and wooden house, hidden within some of the shrubbery surrounding the home. You can also spot a half-broken fence adjacent to the house.

The fourth blue medallion is found with a large, wooden and stone farmhouse. There will be a large bay window on the second floor, with the medallion spotted through that window.

The final blue medallion on the Farm can be found under a walkway. If you’re working to open the gate on the other end of the farm, it’s hard to miss the spot. There’s also a spiked wooden fence next to it, in case you need another landmark.

Once you’ve shot all five blue medallions, you can head to the next Merchant to claim your Spindels.
