Keep your foot on the accelerator and let those turtle shells fly when Mario Kart 8 speeds its way to stores and digital download on May 30th. Like many games in the celebrated franchise, you’ll choose from a variety of famous characters like Donkey Kong, Yoshi and of course, Mario.
That said, new heroes and villains made the roster, some of which you may have already heard about, starting with the Koopalings. All seven of Bowser’s kids plan to wreck havoc. Among them, Wendy, Lemmy, Larry, Ludwig, Iggy, Roy and Morton.
We would have been content with these guys, but there are even more characters to choose from. In addition to the Koopalings, you’ll also have Baby Rosalina and Pink Gold Peach at the ready. But first, you must unlock them.
