Your work is invaluable to the Company!

Best Scrap to Collect in Lethal Company

In this list, I will mark the two-handed items with 2H, and I will put notes where extremely important since some items have purposes other than getting sold.

Info:

Please note that Scrap has randomized values (between set min and max values) and that I will be using their max values for reference. This means that an item from a lower tier can be worth more at random in your runs. Make sure to inspect your stuff regularly!

S Tier – The Holy Grails (130+ max value)

  • Gold Bar (2H)
  • Cash Register (2H)
  • Bee Hive (2H)

Once in my life, I found two Gold Bars in one run, and I’ve never seen a Gold Bar ever again. I’ve seen the Cash Register less than five times (I have 72 hours on record right now). These are of the highest value, and do whatever you must to get them back to your ship.

Bee hives are something you must not miss because, with practice, it’s easy to get bee hives.

A Tier – The Motherlode of Quota (100-130 Max Value)

  • Fancy Lamp (2H) – Gives you a big source of light.
  • Painting (2H)
  • Perfume Bottle
  • Hairdryer – Can produce sound.
  • Laser Pointer – Gives you a small source of light that’s better than no source of light.

B Tier – Great Catches (80-100 Max Value)

  • Rubber Ducky – Produces a sound when picked up.
  • Shotgun – Gives you something to fight back the monsters with.
  • Red Soda
  • Robot Toy – Produces a sound while you’re carrying it (you become marked for Eyeless Dogs as chow)
  • Chemical Jug (2H)
  • Teeth – (you become marked as dog chow)
  • Apparatus (2H) – Try to get it at the end, right before you permanently leave the Facility. Provides a source of light.
  • Golden Cup
  • Brass Bell
  • Ring

C Tier – Average Loot (50-80 Max Value)

  • Airhorn – Can produce sound at will.
  • Clown Horn – Can produce sound at will.
  • Magic Ball
  • Coffee Mug
  • Old Phone
  • Pickle Jar
  • Bottles (2H)
  • Axle (2H)
  • Tea Kettle
  • V Engine (2H)
  • Comedy Mask – Do not put this on. There’s a chance that you will get possessed.
  • Stop Sign – Useful to whack colleagues enemies on the head in the absence of a shovel.
  • Tragedy Mask – DO NOT put this on. You WILL get possessed.

D Tier – Trash Loot (20-50 Max Value)

  • Remote Control
  • Tooth Paste
  • Egg Beater
  • Flask
  • Toy Cube (Rubick’s Cube)
  • Cookie Mold Pan
  • Pill Bottle
  • Plastic Fish
  • Candy
  • Hair Brush
  • Yield Sign (2H) – Also usable as a melee weapon. Heavier and cheaper than Stop Sign.
  • Big Bolt
  • Dust Pan
  • Steering Wheel
  • DIY Flashbang – Also usable as self-defense to flash the enemy and run.
  • Gift box (unopened!) – Always open the Gift Box on the ship / Company moon. The expected value is, on average, greater than the value of the Gift Box.
  • Tattered metal sheet
  • Whoopie-Cushion – Keep that thing away from the ship. Leave it outside for the Eyeless Dogs to step on it and trigger themselves into a loop repeatedly. For all I care, leave it where the dropship deliveries are arriving, call in the cheapest item, attract the dogs with the delivery jingle, and they’ll probably stay there so your crewmates can sneak in the ship. Just do not put it in the middle of the ship and get the entire crew killed in the late afternoon by someone accidentally stepping on it. OK? Thank you. You’re the employee of the month in my eyes!

F Tier – You’re despicable. How could you do this?

  • Player of the body you whacked with a shovel to sell for $5 to meet the quota.
