There are currently six tools available in The Rogue Prince of Persia. They drop frequently in a single playthrough, which may cause a conundrum, especially for new players. However, there are only a few choices because some tools are extremely powerful compared to others. Here are the best tools you should use in The Rogue Prince of Persia.
The Rogue Prince of Persia: Best Tools Listed
Composite Bow
The Composite Bow is the basic and starter tool in the Rogue Prince of Persia. It is also the strongest tool because of its high single-target damage. You also get a total of three shots that can easily refill back up when you start attacking foes.
The tool provides a ton of value because of its consistency and usage. When you fight shielded enemies, and there are no other enemies to kick and break the shield, you can use the high-damage output from the Composite Bow to break it immediately.
You can also one-shot regular enemies who are in tricky positions that can potentially hurt you. The Composite Bow is also the strongest tool to use against bosses and minibosses. I don’t think another tool comes close to it.
Berude’s Gauntlet
While the Composite Bow might be the strongest single-target tool, the Berude’s Gauntlet is the strongest AoE damage tool. The tool forces you to leap upward and smash your fist down to the ground, causing big damage at the point of impact and sending shockwaves to both sides of the landing zone.
If you have fought Berude, the tool is essentially one of her attacks and you also get the tool from defeating her. However, the Berude’s Gauntlet has its drawbacks.
The tool doesn’t recharge as quickly as the other tools. In fact, it is too slow. You might only use it once per stage, depending on your Medallions and how you gain energy points. Still, it is one of the strongest and most exciting tools to use in The Rogue Prince of Persia.
Stealth Spirit
Stealth Spirit is one of the last tools you’ll unlock since you’ll get it from an equipment chest in the Academy. The tool deals minimal damage, but it pulls you in toward the target, positioning you behind the enemy.
It is a fun tool to use, especially if you combine it with Medallions buffs that activate when you attack an enemy from behind. The Stealth Spirit is also used to dash in front because if there is no enemy, you’ll still get pulled.
