If you’re game is crashing while it’s loading, there have been a few fixes currently working for players.

The first one is to update your graphics drivers. This seems to be the universal fix for almost everyone experiencing the crash on the loading screen. To update your graphics drivers, you’ll need to launch the Nvidia GeForce experience program, which you can find by typing into your window search bar.

Then once the page is open, click on the “Drivers” tab on the top bar. At the top of this page, you will see the “Check for Updates” button. Click that, and it will search for the most recent drivers.

After this, click the “Update” button and select the “Express Installation” option. Now just wait for your drivers to install.

Once you’ve done this, restart your computer and try to play Genshin Impact again. Many players experiencing this problem on Reddit have stated that this was the fix that worked for them.

Others have found that uninstalling and reinstalling the game was the fix they needed.
