The Cultist Circle is a hideout feature in Escape from Tarkov that works like a loot box. It works the same way as the Scav Case, but neither of these features requires real money. They are just a way to have a little fun while getting rid of your useless items.

Players instantly look at how to make money using this feature or at least use the most efficient strategy to get something cool like a Red Keycard or even just a Slick. Here’s the best way to get great items using the Cultist Circle in Escape from Tarkov.

How to Get Great Items Using the Cultist Circle in Escape from Tarkov

To get great items using the Cultist Circle, you need to know how it works first. The Cultist Circle requires you to sacrifice any five items and get rewards based on hidden parameters. Each item has a “hidden” value, but most of them are closely tied to their vendor value. However, there’s one secret threshold that will give you a 25% chance to get something you need for your hideout or quest.

For example, you might get some Phased Array Elements if the only upgrade left in your hideout is the Solar Power (which needs Phased Array Elements). You can somehow manipulate the Cultist Circle results by leaving tasks and hideout upgrades with valuable items needed.

Now, we need to learn about that secret threshold. After looking into multiple submissions by the community, giving extremely valuable items will work in giving you quest and hideout items. However, it doesn’t make sense to give Ledx, Graphics Cards, and more expensive items since you are looking for these expensive items in the Cultist Circle.

The best way to use the Cultist Circle is to get some semi-valuable items mixed with cheap items and hope for one great random item or even a Labs Access Keycard. Gambling with higher-value items in hopes of getting the rainbow Keycards will only cause you pain.

In short, the Cultist Circle isn’t that valuable, but it is a great way to throw unwanted items to save some stash space. There could be medium-valued weapon mods that you don’t want to use, and you can just throw them here instead of selling them to traders. Technically, you can get anything from the Cultist Circle, but don’t throw away valuable items.

There is even a chance that PMC Karma is related to or involved, but we’ll never know for now.
