Aesthetically speaking, there are a lot of genuinely interesting Pals in the game that monster-catching aficionados will want to collect. One is Cawgnito, a bird-like Pal with a wide-brim hat and dress attire, so here’s how to catch that oddball!

Where to Find Cawgnito in Palworld

There are a handful of locations where you may find and catch Cawgnito, the most common being the central island near the Sealed Realm of the Thunder Dragon in the middle of the map. It’s a wide-open expanse, allowing you to climb a hill and look down to find your prey.

That said, Cawgnito is a nocturnal Pal, and can only be caught in the wild during nighttime hours.

However, as you can see above, if you can find a Black Marketeer on the map, they occasionally sell Cawgnito for approximately 4,100 Gold Coins. It’s low level, unfortunately, but you can boost its level through a few battles in no time flat.

And lastly, you can hatch a Cawgnito from a Dark Egg. Just toss one in the Egg Incubator back at your base, then wait the listed time until it hatches. It’s a gamble, though.

Cawgnito’s Skills in Palworld

Cawgnito features several useful active skills, especially Dark-type abilities, that make it formidable in combat. These include:
