Starfield features some genuinely cool missions throughout its lengthy campaign, and one, Entangled, stands a cut above the rest. To get Experiment A-7 in Starfield, you must progress through the story and begin Entangled on Freya III. It’s a story quest involving a research lab gone awry, but an Artifact is hidden in its depths.
As you progress through the quest, stumbling about in the dark, you will inevitably need to speak with Ethan, the security chief, who has a weapon to deal with the hostile fauna of this planet. If you pass the persuasion check, he hands you Experiment A-7, a devastating shotgun that makes quick work of the monstrosities down below.
Experiment A-7 Stats and Details
Alongside being a close-quarters demon that wrecks human enemies, the Exterminator affix means Experiment A-7 absolutely wipes the floor with hostile fauna. It’s the perfect weapon to complete Entangled, but I also found it obscenely powerful against Terrormorphs in the UC Vanguard questline.
