To get Reflection in Starfield, you need to finish the main story, enter NG+, and then hope for the Starborn Trader to appear when you jump into a new system. When she does, she’ll appear as “Mysterious Captain” and will sell you Reflection for just under 100,000 credits.

Yes, it’s an insanely expensive unique rifle. So, is it worth the cost? Besides the fact that her spawn is entirely random and not factoring in the cost, it’s a nice rifle. It’s strong and has excellent accuracy and range, but is a bit slow and heavy.
