How to Unlock Pinstripe Leon in Resident Evil 4 Mercenaries?

This elusive alternate costume for Leon is an unlockable costume that won’t be accessible for first-time players. Still, if you wish to play with this character as soon as possible, all you have to do is get an S Rank in every Stage with the normal version of Leon.

This includes the newly added Docks Stage that was released with the recent Separate Ways DLC which can put certain Leon players to the test since it features every enemy type, including Garradors and tougher versions of Salvador. Make sure to keep your head above your shoulders (both figuratively and literally) as these enemies will stop at nothing to tear you to shreds.

What does Pinstripe Leon Come Equipped With?

Pinstripe Leon comes with a few different additions compared to his normal counterpart. Rather than using a handgun, he uses a Chicago Sweeper for a Primary. For his Secondary, he uses a W-870 shotgun that can tear through enemies easily but has very slow reload speed. Finally, his third weapon of choice is a Broken Butterfly Magnum, which pierces through enemies easily. The ammo drops from defeated enemies that you’ll find most commonly while playing Mercenaries are the SMG ammo while the most scarce ammo type is the Magnum ammo.

In addition to these weapons, his Mayhem mode acts similarly to that of Leon’s, with the added benefit of charging overtime. Using Mayhem Mode increases his speed and power with the added benefit of reloading his weapons quicker. This buff is great to use against bosses or to clear the room from a whole bunch of different types of enemies swarming you and giving you a lot of trouble.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
