Starfield Fans, You Are (Un)Officially Excused From Work to Play

Take to the skies, and hopefully get a few days off of work.

How to Use and Throw Grenades in Starfield

Now that it seems that most launch day issues are the way of the dodo, it’s time to get ready to embark on the journey of a lifetime in Starfield. However, there are a few issues that may hold you back from enjoying the game as much as you should, such as work, family plans, and things like that. Thankfully, Pete Hines from Bethesda has you covered with a totally legit note from an actual doctor who really isn’t him, so you can get out of your plans and into the world of Starfield.

As you can see in the note above, you’ll be completely excused from your regular schedule so you can partake in the epic combat and space exploration brought to life in the world of Starfield. So, prepare this note and get ready to hand it out to everyone that you know so you can escape the routine of daily life and pretend that you’re a space trucker hauling cargo across the Galaxy.

You may be asking yourself, “But Shaun if this note works, why haven’t you used it?” I tried to, okay? But my higher-ups may have already turned in their notes from Dr. Pete Hines, so I’m here working today. Don’t worry. I am sneaking in plenty of time in Starfield while I’m writing, so I’m still getting some space exploration done today.

While we can’t guarantee this is going to work for you, it’s a great way to joke around with your boss or your family, and maybe you’ll get lucky enough to get out of work for a day or two so you can enjoy this game in all it’s glory. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to get back to being a Long Hauler and start trucking across the world; space cargo ain’t going to deliver itself.
