World Tier 4 is the highest difficulty in Diablo 4, but even after you have completed the Capstone to reach that level, there is one final Capstone to complete. The Echo of Hatred dungeon serves as the true final fight for all players in Sanctuary, and I’m here to give you the exact location. Here’s how to find the Echo of Hatred Dungeon in Diablo 4.

Where to Find the Echo of Hatred Capstone Dungeon in Diablo 4

The Echo of Hatred Dungeon is located next to the Nevesk Waypoint, which is all the way southwest of the Fractured Peaks region. When you reach this area, you might recognize the surroundings, and for good reason. This is where Diablo 4 starts, so it only makes sense for the final fight to end where everything began.

To easily find the Echo of Hatred Dungeon, you can look at the map in the Desolate Highlands sub-region to find the yellow gate symbol. Each World Tier has its own Capstone Dungeon marked by a yellow gate. There is no additional difficulty after completing the Echo of Hatred, but I would consider the battle to be the end of the game for anyone who reached the max level.

On the map, the Echo dungeon will be labeled for level 70 or above. However, I can’t stress enough how misleading that number is. I tried to fight Uber Lilith, otherwise known as her echo, at level 70 just to try it. I was dead in the blink of an eye. Even at level 80, you are almost certainly going to die.

The Echo of Hatred Capstone Dungeon is meant for characters that are near Paragon Level 100 and have a decent set of gear. Lilith’s Echo is the final test in Diablo 4, and you won’t be able to skate by in the toughest content.

For all my Rogue mains out there, make sure you have the best Glyphs equipped before attempting this fight yourself.
