Where to Start the Tataru Grand Endeavor Quest in FFXIV

With patch 6.15 FFXIV adding a new questline for everyone’s favorite Lalafell, Tataru. Finding the location of this questline can be a little tricky, so we’re here to help you out. Here’s where to start the Tataru Grand Endeavor quest in FFXIV.

Prerequistes

First off, you’ll need to have completed the main Endwalker scenario and patch 6.1’s Newfound Adventure plotline in order to access the Tatru Grand Endeavor quest chain. So make sure you have that taken care of before running around looking for it. The quest won’t appear until you’ve completed these requirements and have a Disciple of War/Magic at level 90.

Once you’ve completed the quest “A Satrap’s Duty” then you’ll be good to go.

Where to Start Tataru’s Grand Endeavor

Now that you have all of the prerequisites out of the way, head to Old Sharlayan and find the quest giver Mehdjina (X:11.8, Y:9.8). You’ll know you found it if the quest is called “Small Business, Big Dream.” It can be hard to see immediately because it isn’t a blue exclamation mark quest. Head over to the market area by the main Aetheryte.

Just chat with Mehdjina to begin the questline. Currently, there is only one quest available, but it will continue to grow through more of the Endwalker patch cycle. So expect to see more from our pal Tataru in the future 6.X patches.

Patch 6.3 Where to Start

More Tataru’s Grand Endeavor quests have been added in patch 6.3. Here is the starting location of the first quest.

• Old Sharlayan (X:11.8, Y:9.8)
• Mehdjina
• Players must first complete the side story quest “Small Business, Big Dreams” and the Chronicles of a New Era quest “The Fifth Lord.”
