The Callisto Protocol is merely a week away from launch, as the highly anticipated sci-fi horror game from Striking Distance Studios will be released on December 2, 2022. The upcoming title is Striking Distance’s debut game, helmed by director Glen Schofield, the co-creator of Dead Space, and has been dubbed as somewhat of a spiritual successor to the legendary sci-fi horror classic from 2008.

According to The Callisto Protocol’s Helix Station website, the premise of the story is, “In the year 2320, a skip tracer hunts down a dangerous escaped criminal on a derelict space station. In the process, she must confront murderous alien life forms, as well as unspeakable horrors from her past.” The podcast is a six part series that features the voice talent of Gwendoline Christie and Michael Ironside.
