Where to Get the Hurricane TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The Hurricane TM can be found in the eastern part of North Province (Area One.) Look for the giant lake and roam around the southwest side of the lake. You’ll find the Hurricane TM in a yellow Poke Ball next to a thick tree trunk.

If you want to craft another Hurricane TM after acquiring it, the recipe is as follows.

  • 12,000 League Points
  • 3 Wingull Feathers
  • 5 Swablue Fluff
  • 3 Oricorio Feathers

Hurricane has a power of 110 and an accuracy of 70, and costs 10 PP.

It has a 30% chance of confusing the opponent when it hits. It can hit opponents using Fly, Bounce, and Sky Drop.

This makes it a mighty move for flying-type Pokemon and one you should consider putting on your special attackers.

Hurricane is a flying-type move and is a Special attack, so a flying type with a high Special Attack stat is who you will want to give this move to. So go head to the North Province and pick up this move as soon as possible. You can’t miss it.
