Once there, look for the cave and go through it, following the corridors until you end up in a lab. In the lab, locate the stairs above and proceed down until you find the closed door that can be opened with a keycard. Go to the next door and watch the cutscene play out. Once you regain control, continue down the stairs to the second floor. Dispatch two mutants here and continue to another door where a few baby mutants await. In that room, you will easily spot a cabinet with a katana on top of it on display, like a decoration. Pick it up and get ready to slice some mutants!

Also, it is worth noting when you are already in that location, you can continue to explore the lab further in order to find Golden Armor, which is located a few rooms away and is needed to unlock the ending.
