The power of friendship.

Riolu is a staple of Pokemon. It evolves into Lucario, which has been a fan-favorite ever since its introduction. We’ve seen Lucario become a mascot Pokemon, much like Pikachu and Mewtwo. It appears as a playable fighter in Smash Brothers and seems to be in every game since its introduction. If you want Lucario, you’ll first have to get a Riolu. Riolu can be tricky to find, not because it’s incredibly rare or anything, but because it is so tiny, you might glance right over it. Riolu can be found in South Province area four. This is the southwest part of the map, and you’ll have access to Riolu almost immediately in the game. You’ll just need to keep your eyes peeled because it’s so easy to miss this small little dude.

Riolu will eventually evolve into Lucario through the power of friendship, so the earlier you get your hands on a Riolu, the sooner you’ll have everyone’s favorite bi-pedal mascot Lucario.
