Where to Find Foxparks in Palworld

Light a fire!

When you start your adventure in the Plateau of Beginnings, you will inevitably stumble upon a handful of “starter” Pals that you can easily catch and use in battles or as a workforce. One of those is a little fire fox that can help with cooking and smelting, so here’s where to find Foxparks in Palworld.

How to Catch Foxparks in Palworld

To catch Foxparks in Palworld, visit one of its key habitat locations, with the northeasternmost island providing its prime living space. But if you trek down the hill, around the second fast travel point in the starting zone, you’ll usually find a small handful of Foxparks.

Like all other Pals, you’ll catch a Foxparks by whittling down their health and tossing a Pal Sphere. However, most Foxparks are low-level, which makes them relatively weak. You want to be very careful about how much damage you deal. I can’t even tell you the number of times I thought I was landing one last good punch, then immediately tossed a Pal Sphere, only to find my final punch took the Pal down and wasted my item. As such, I recommend not bringing along another Pal for the fight. You and a stone spear, or even your fists, prove more than enough for this little fox.

What Can Foxparks Do?

The biggest early-game boon to having Foxparks on your side is their ability to cook on a campfire. Instead of leaving the food to cook passively or handling it yourself (time-consuming!), you can assign a Foxparks to cook everything.

As you progress down the technology tree, you’ll eventually unlock the ability to smelt ore into ingots. But for that, you need a heat source. In comes Foxparks, with his flaming feet and tail, ready to blast the furnace with its flame breath. Perfect!
