Where to Find Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2

Stay a bile and listen.

Got a personal order for Bile Spewers? Whether you do or not, you’re here because you’re hunting these green-butt buggies, and I just so happen to know where you can (probably) find them. Here’s where to find Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2.

So, the tricky bit is that some missions have a proclivity toward certain bug types, but Bile Spewers can show up on nearly any difficulty (as low as level 3). To increase your chances of running into Bile Spewers, which, I must add, are GREEN (not brown), I’d suggest running level 6, or “Extreme,” difficulty missions. If that’s a little too saucy for your taste, Hard works just fine.

If you start seeing Nursing Bile Spewers (the yellow/brown variant), you’re probably out of luck, as these tend to completely replace Bile Spewers within the missions where they appear. But once you’ve laid eyes on a single Bile Spewer, you can rest assured there will be plenty more where that came from. If you’re in a hurry, I may suggest resetting missions solo until you spot a Bile Spewer, then dropping an SOS Beacon to finish the mission more feasibly.

This probably goes without saying, but Bile Spewers appear only in Easter Galactic Front Planets, where Terminids are located. Don’t expect any to roll up with an army of Automaton Devastators.. *shudder*

How to Kill Bile Spewers

This is pretty straightforward – you can either shoot their head (the weakpoint) with normal rounds, or fire upon their giant, gelatinous body with something a little punchier like the Grenade Launcher, Autocannon, or Anti-Materiel Rifle. The big green butt looks like a weak point, but it has so much health that it’ll only be reliably destroyed by those aforementioned weapons. If you’re trying to use a Primary, the head is the way to go. Of course, this is all contingent on not encountering the more armored version of the Bile Spewer that appears in higher difficulties. For these, you’re going to want to target the soft body for more effective damage.

And that’s that! Now get out there and make some green jello.
