You can find Outskirt Stable north of Tsutsu-um Shrine near Coliseum Ruins and Great Fairy Kaysa. The coordinates for Outskirt Stable are (-1434, -1261, 0032).

If you have already unlocked Tsutsu-um Shrine, teleporting there and going down the cliff will lead you right to the stable. Alternatively, you can start from Riogok Shrine or glide southwest from the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower.

Be careful if you start from the Skyview Tower, though. It’s surrounded by numerous enemies that can easily overpower you if you’re unprepared. As you can see in the picture above, I didn’t have the best of luck with this and died multiple times. Make sure you have the proper gear setup before charging into their base! If you want to avoid combat altogether, head around Aquame Lake and the Coliseum Ruins instead.

After you arrive at Outskirt Stable, you may see the wandering merchant, Beedle, who sells various goods, including arrows, Hylian Tomatoes, and Hearty Lizards. You’ll also find Embry, the owner of the stable, who will give you a Pony Point when you first interact. Embry allows you to lodge at the stable for a fee or register any wild horses you encounter during your travels. If you need help locating some, check out where to find wild horses in TOTK.

If you really want an adventure, you can also find a large stone slab with tires attached just outside the stable. Whether you turn this into a car or make it into some other wacky contraption is entirely up to you. Either way, it gives you a chance to experiment!
