Is the Travis Scott Skin Coming Back to Fortnite?

Epic Games has not confirmed or denied that the Travis Scott skin will ever return to Fortnite at the time of this writing. The outfit and the Astronomical Bundle were added to Fortnite on April 22, 2020 during Chapter 2: Season 2 for 1,500 and 2,500 V-Bucks, respectively.

The skin and bundle were available to purchase from the in-game item shop for one week only until April 27, 2020. Neither the skin or any other cosmetics directly associated with Cactus Jack have been available in the item shop since.

Officially, there are no plans for the Travis Scott set to return in Fortnite. A prominent dataminer recently noted that the skin and other rare cosmetics were added to the test item shop, though does not necessarily mean the skins will be reintroduced in the near future.

Is the Out West Emote Coming Back to Fortnite?

Epic Games has not confirmed or denied that the Out West emote will return to Fortnite. The emote contains the song “Out West” by JACKBOYS and Travis Scott, ft. Young Thug.

It was first introduced on Aug. 8, 2020, and returned to the item shop every few months until Nov. 7, 2021. Epic Games pulled the emote from the shop following the incident at Travis Scott’s music festival Astroworld where eight people died after being crushed by overcrowding.

Many believe that all Travis Scott cosmetics were vaulted from the game following the canceled concert, though the Out West emote did reappear in the item shop on Feb. 27, 2022. It has not come back since.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney said in July 2023 that Travis Scott is welcome in Fortnite, though he is not responsible for when an item appears in the shop or the “specific agreements with celebrities and brands affect the timing of those decisions.”
